2. What we collect
Your store email address, entered in the waitlist form, plus anonymous visit data: pages viewed, clicks, scroll depth, device type, and approximate region
3. Analytics and session recordings
We use Yandex Metrica to measure how the pages perform. Metrica may record sessions, including mouse movement and scrolling. Form fields are masked and never recorded
4. Why we use your data and our legal basis
To run the waitlist (legitimate interests) and to email you once when your access opens (your consent, given by joining the waitlist). We do not sell your data
5. Who receives it
Our hosting provider and Yandex Metrica process data on our behalf. We share it with no one else. Some processing may take place outside the UK under standard contractual safeguards
6. How long we keep it
Waitlist emails are kept until your access opens, or deleted sooner on request. Analytics data follows Metrica retention settings
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data, withdraw consent at any time, and object to processing. Email privacy@storeside.app and we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk)
